My Art Ritual is Self Care
We all know that making art can uplift our spirits but did you know that art has been found to have a positive impact on pain management. When we immerse ourselves in creative activities, it can enhance our mood, reduce the perception of pain and even increase the production of antibodies and immune cells, leading to better overall health.

Over the years, I've come to understand that making time to express yourself in creative ways is an essential part of living a healthy life.
As a self taught painter, 🎨 I've learned to use art as a form of self expression and tool for connection. Many of my creations are inspired by countless artists or nerdy interests. Two of the classic artists that I admire the most are Piccaso, Van Gogh and Salvador Dali.
